A fantastic little place. It's not a campsite like Google might have you believe, but rather a welcome chance to get out of the rain if you're hiking, bicycling or like me on a motorcycle. I used it as a base for visiting Vindolanda, the Pennines and the Lake District. The local pub is also within walking distance. The owner Pauline is the kindest hostess you can imagine. Price is 25 quid per night, which is honestly really fair for the treatment I was given. Highly recommended.
