Buyer beware! Ordered 2 kitchen unit door replacements in alabaster high gloss rounded edge, and 2 ivory non high gloss straight edge delivered after 3 weeks. Tried talking to them twice to replace or refund but all I got was that they can`t because it was a "special order"....whatever that means! Disgusting customer service, well non existent. Very helpful customer service. Great product at unbeatable price. We've been very happy with all the products we've ordered. Kitchen for my Mum, utility room units and new kitchen for our new home.

Customer Service is great but I'm not sure why they have such a high rating as the kitchen cabinets themselves were made pretty badly, not sure if this was just bad batch or one employee responsible but I only bought 5 cabinet and there was numerious problems, holes in the wrong with second ones drilled beside it, all the measurement seemed to be slightly off so nothing was completely flush and slightly wonky!

Poor service, ie still waiting for delivery after 2 weeks. No communication or updates on delivery, no answer to phone calls

The family running this business are really commited to please their customers and couldn't be anymore helpful, highly recommend.
