        There was a discrepancy with the amount we were charged and what we were expecting to pay. When we discovered this anomaly The managers approach was intransigent. We wont be a returning customer. I trusted Julian Charles to be more empathetic. How wrong I was. Check your bill.

        Dobbies Preston won't be back cafe is a rip off you get your meal queue for coffee queue to pay get to table meal cold and is NOT cheap no help for my wife who is disabled for carrying tray when we asked where all staff were told Their was staff they must be invisible not much wonder not many customers this was a treat for us turned out to be a disaster for two old pensioners
