Barnacre Cattery

We came across Barnacre cattery a couple of years ago, after having tried a few other local catteries. I think I'd rather change my holiday dates now, than use a different cattery. Lauren is great with the cats, always asks what food he prefers at the time he goes for his holiday. The pens are immaculately clean, light, more than big enough, quiet (no dogs), and have multiple areas for sitting and lying. Reasonably priced too.

Absolutely amazing!!! Our little fur babies have stayed here a few times and currently on a long term stay. Lauren has been so amazing, lovely and accommodating and we know they are very well cared for!!! Highly recommend!!!

What a lovely place Barnacre Cattery, Newton, Kirkham is. We had our fur babies stay for a little over 2 weeks. They were well looked after, fed, groomed and played with. Thought they would loose weight with fretting as it's the first time they have left us in over 2 years (they have never been apart from us) They had a great variety of wet and dry foods on offer. They came home happy as a bee in honey. And looked as good as when we left them. I can't praise this place enough. And any future trips we will be leaving our babies here again without a doubt.

We like to take Evie there when we are away as she is a timid cat and we know she will feel secure with Lauren. Lovely spacious, warm pens with lovely views for all the cats. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to put my cats lovely people as well when we bring the cats in to stay. My cats are safe n sound and in good hands while we are away. So definately recommend this cattery to place ur cats or kitties for a break.
