Carters Building Consultancy achieved a fantastic result for our new build home. We worked closely with Harry to create a great architectural design within the open countryside. Harry handled the design and planning application process for us professionally, making the negotiation with the planning officer run smoothly and kept us up to date with progress.

I would highly recommend Carters building consultancy. Not only has Harry been absolutely fantastic in his approach, but he has given some amazing design ideas. I wouldnt say the process has been easy but going through the process with Harry who has stuck by our side throughout the difficult ups and downs has made it all the more worth it. The constant nagging from us, the constant out of hours calls to him and his approach to it all has been the same (outstanding) throughout. What an extremely talented person and company that we are privileged to have help build our homes. Thank you

Carter-Zubs innovative approach has allowed us to achieve a stylish and modern design for a site in Poulton town centre. The scheme was particularly challenging given the sites location within Poulton Conservation Area; Carter-Zub liaised with numerous parties involved such as the planning department and neighbouring property owners which included land owned by Network Rail. After exploring a range of ideas with Carter-Zub the scheme now maximises sites potential, while meeting all of our requirements.
