I was never able to practice yoga before lock down due to logistics and time pressures. The online zoom lessons that Rebecca offers are perfect for me and her calming voice transforms me into a world far away from my busy home. She is an amazing and passionate teacher who offers alternative positions for every level. I love the Tuesday evening sessions which prepare me for the best sleep. Highly recommend, once you try you will for sure continue;o)

Bec's classes are perfect for all yoga abilities as she offers suggestions for you to find your flow and what is serving you best on the day. She shares musings for well being, and promotes self care and the importance of taking time for yourself. I love her aromatherapy oils that she incorporates into practice - I can't be without them now. I really encourage you to give a class or retreat a go - you won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Rebeccas yoga classes for over 6 months, some of them pre-lockdown in Highweek village hall and most of them via zoom since March. She is an excellent teacher, explains the postures really clearly, offering alternatives if a particular movement isnt right for someone. She has a lovely gentle voice and I find the whole experience very nurturing and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I feel totally blessed to have been a part of Rebeccas retreat on Saturday. Rebecca is one of the most beautiful souls I have had the pleasure of practicing with. She supports you in every way. Her yoga is so calming and nurturing and her aromatherapy oils and knowledge are inspiring. Even though we were on Zoom and not in person we were all able to come together for some healing self-care and an opportunity to share our space with each other. I can not recommend Rebeccas classes/retreats enough. Such a wonderful experience that you must try for yourself. Thank you Rebecca for your warmth and strength.

Becs online wellness retreat enabled me to reset and move forward after an extremely challenging week. The space that she provides is both restorative and supportive. The chance to connect with other women in such a special way was just the antidote to the latest lockdown. Bec is skilled at knowing what you need and her yoga sessions are always adaptable based on your ability. She is compassionate and knowledgeable and already I am looking forward to the next time I can join her on my yoga mat.
