        Taxi organised for around 9pm to collect the mother in law from the coach coming back from Bristol airport, unfortunately the coach was 10 minutes late but when she arrived no taxi was to be seen and no call was made to us. She was stranded on a dark, quiet roundabout off of a busy motorway for another 30 minutes while we organised to come out and collect her - it was too late to grab another taxi due to the time of evening and all being booked up. Unbelievable. Date of incident was the 10th June 2022. There is no contact name or contact method to discuss the questions posed below?

        I was sat in Sainsburys car park with a flat tyre and Mark from Delta Taxis parked next to me. He came over and asked me if I needed help, and without hesitation changed my wheel for me. Ive never used his taxi services before as I live in another area but what a great guy. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much Mark!
