        Absolutely awful. Operator on the phone couldn't tell me how long it would take to get a taxi, or even where his taxis where. When i asked for an estimated waiting time he said "how long is a piece of string". When I tried to suggest this was bad customer service, he said he didn't know what I was talking about and hung up. Avoid.
