Visited for the first time last week Great fun' and the food is very nice. Definitely going again soon.

Disappointed. Visited before Christmas and it was beyond awesome. Came back and recieved the opposite experience. Arrived early but the venue was closed. Messaged the owner who informed me the guy who was 'there' was 10 mins away. Turned out to be 15 mims away. No apology for this (things happen i understand that but an apology makes it harder to be annoyed). Eventually got started 30 mins later than booked after lots of huffing and puffing and and throwing the keyboards around whilst setting up the simulators. Thankfully the lads enjoyed it and the experience wasn't ruined. Close call and last impressions were far better than the 1st impressions. Dont underestimate the power of giving great customer service.
