Great service, quicker than expected on sole replacement on work boots.. did outstanding job.. really happy, will definitely use again.

Sadly my experience was very poor. The woman behind the desk was on the phone and seemed annoyed to be interrupted by my walking in, then dismissive of repairs and unwilling to offer any advice whatsoever. It was patronising to answer my questions with more questions, such as "well where did you buy them?" I just wanted to know if the shoes were genuine or poor quality as the soles had separated so dramatically so quickly. She wanted nothing to do with them as a piece of the sole was missing and had to be asked if the sole couldn't just be replaced. Of course it could. Even if she didn't want to state an opinion she could have suggested so politely rather than with condescending interrogation. Not going back...

Kind, warm and friendly staff. Marvellous service with nothing too much trouble for them. I thoroughly recommend them.
