When everyone moans about post office counter staff (and I have done so in the past) it is SO refreshing to come to a counter where the staff are genuinely helpful (in spite of know it all customers), patient and cheerful. Well done to the two ladies in the NA post office this afternoon at around 3.00 pm. Really good service, polite, smiling and helpful. Excellent. If you've been disappointed in the past, come here and be recharged. Well.done indeed
