Graham's done a few jobs for us in the past, always done well and we've left good reviews. Back in early January he meant to sort out an earlier dodgy kitchen floor installation (not his work), so he stripped the floor and levelled it and was meant to fit the vinyl flooring. 2 months later when he went to pick up the vinyl we'd chosen (he'd been fitting us in around bigger jobs, which was something we were OK with) he found the shop had sold out and that was the last we heard from him. No replies to messages or calls, though his wife did promise us he doesn't like to treat his customers poorly the one time we managed to speak to her. So 2 months without a kitchen floor when we could've been sorting it ourselves, plus another month or so waiting for the next company to fit it. And the company we have arranged to fit our floor have also said Graham's levelling isn't up to standard (he's not a floor fitter, stupid us) so they'll have to redo his work at more cost to us. So thanks a lot Graham. Really pays to be a loyal customer, eh?

Whilst Graham did a super job on the first toilet, when he realised that the job was becoming massive (two other toilets were tiled in and the tiling would need a jack hammer to remove before changing the toilet fittings) he suddenly couldn't make the next date we set. He promised that he was not doing a runner on the job and requested available times for the next week when he and the tiler could come in to finish the job. Despite sending multiple texts and leaving voicemails I've heard nothing. It's a shame, I was really happy with his work and I have told him (via voicemail) that I appreciate the scope of the job has changed and understand that he may need to requote as required. Still nothing. He's also left 60 worth of toilet fittings in my house so I guess I might see him again some day....

I have needed HKK Plumbing twice this year, most recent being today. Graham was able to offer immediate helpful advice over the phone and he quickly attended to offer a permanent solution which has resolved the water leak in my kitchen. We were having a trouble with a shower pump in our new house, which was no longer useable. Graham was quick to respond and came out initially to diagnose the problem and offer his advice. The issue was very well explained and he gave a good estimate of the time required to do the job beforehand. I was also able to purchase a replacement pump myself, which saved us some money. The install was very smooth and completed in no time. Now we can enjoy fully working showers, and the pipe installation looks much more professional than before. Would highly recommend Graham, he seemed like and very honest and helpful guy and I will be using him again in the future. Service: Shower repair
