        Absolutely shocking I've made made 104 calls to them between 11.45 and now and no answer! I have an elderly relative who has no medication and should have been delivered last week! WOULD NOT USE

        I have an open wound which is currently redressed every other day. My wound has become infected and on the morning of 1st June my Drs ordered some OCTENILIN to wash and disinfect the wound. Obviously the world stands still so not to interupt the Jubilee celebrations on 2nd and 3rd June but on Sat 4th I visited day Lewis to trace what was happening with the order, just to be told that it had 'just come in'. This morning (6th June) it still hadnt been ordered yet. Not very impressive is it ??
