        Whilst I appreciate that, due to the length of time we had to wait for an appointment, our dog had a lot of matted fur so had to be short. (He is new dog and not been able to get groomed before). However, they were asked to leave the hair long on the dogs head as this is part of character and wasnt matted. They ignored that request and chopped the hair at back of head far too short and not even neatly. I am very upset to see an unbalanced mess at the back of his head and cant wait for the hair to grow again. Wont be going there again.

        Rude staff. Wsnted too go in too get my pet some food but the staff was horrid on the door only one off us are allowed in..(days before 3 off us went in too get this hamster) MAKEING UP AS THEY GO aLONG
