        I have only just started my journey for a healthier body and mind and I would highly recommend Primal Mvmnt. The team work with you on a personal level and the coaches are very knowledgable. Met Adam on my introduction and a really nice sensitive guy, very supportive and really wanted to help me reach my goal. Jamie is supporting me in the nutrition side of things as well at 1-1 training. Katie is my coach and is amazing, lots of encouragement. Its a small team and so it seems more intimate and a family feel, I was really nervous to start but soon as I went in I was made to feel welcome and everyone said hello. As I said at the beginning, I have only just started my journey but looking forward to what the future holds and what I can achieve. PS forgot to mention that there are no mirrors in the gym another bonus

        My 2nd week at primal movement, as a newbie after being inactive for years, and I can honestly say how much I am enjoying it. A warm welcome and a great coach, (Jamie) has made it fun, not something I expected. I look forward to going and feel amazing when I leave. I am overweight, unmotivated, and have little confidence, but already I believe I can do this. The hardest part was walking in the door, but the people I have met so far have made me feel welcome and at ease straight away. I would highly recommend primal movement for those who want to get fit, improve their mental health and be part of a small community where you don't feel judged.

        I was very nervous about coming to a gym. I felt it was quite exposing. Adam and Jamie have been so kind and been very supportive and positive. The whole gym atmosphere is one of care and getting individuals to achieve their own goals. Its great
