Kelly has passion, enthusiasm and energy for what she does and she passes this onto her clients. I would so recommend getting in contact with Kelly whether its to lose weight, tone up, get fit or get stronger. kelly has helped me all the way over the past few years, understand nutrition providing me with PT sessions twice per week, nutrition plans and home workout plans. She is an excellent nutritionists and personal trainer and I cant recommend her enough!

As someone who was completely gym-clueless and also pretty intimidated by the people who seemed to know what they were doing and looked like they'd been going for years, I was daunted about stepping foot anywhere near one. I'd stopped classes that I'd once enjoyed, made excuses and generally felt pretty unfit. Last year, I completed two 12-week challenges with Kelly and could not believe the difference that it made to my confidence, shape, energy and strength. Kelly is AMAZING and professionally explains and guides you through every exercise and plan (I learnt so much!) The meal plan is based around your normal eating habits, so is SUPER easy to stick to. She encourages, supports and challenges every step of the way and if there's a bump in the road, she easily gets you back on track. She has helped me to stay motivated and I actually enjoyed exercising! This year, Ive come back to Kelly doing weekly personal training, as I wanted to focus on something more long-term. Don't question it, just do it! Thank you so much, Kelly!
