Ash is the most genuine person I know. He is excellent at his job and always put 100% into everything he does. He has motivation, enthusiasm and determination to help clients achieve their goals. Can't recommend highly enough.

Ash is such amazing PT I was so nervous about coming to the gym by myself and ever since ash has been training me he has brought my confidence out a lot and I now come to the gym by myself when ash trains me he really pushes me he makes me feel so comfortable and I have also lost a lot of weight since getting PT by him so if your looking for a PT definitely go with ash.

I was nervous going to the gym and only stuck to what I knew. However, with a holiday coming up meant I had a bikini bod to aim for!! With a 10 week plan, Ash has been a massive support, has a positive attitude and its been great to see my fitness and strength grow. Without the PT sessions and Ash pushing me I wouldnt have achieved it. The best part is Ive learnt multiple fitness techniques and now I can use a wide range of machines and cardio. I now spend an average 1hr - 90mins at the gym!! Highly recommend Sharp fitness!! Thanks again Ash

Fun positive and awesome attitude towards all fitness. All pt classes are worth doing Put in the effort and you will see results. Ash makes the hard work you put in easier with his methods and ways to reach your target. He does like a little pun . Hey Sharp by name Sharp by nature Keep up the good work . Simon atkinson
