        Wonderful, friendly mechanic. Great human being. 100% will be my go to when in Newton Abbot and surrounding areas. I saw reviews about how Brian didn't answer his work phone and isn't always at his shop which felt unfair. This place is a one man shop, run and operated by a single person so of course you can't expect the same as a big bike shop with someone paid just to answer calls and be there while the mechanics are down the pub for lunch. He's quick, efficient and a great chat if you stick around while having your work done. Went to Brian after an issue with my chain left me cold wet and miserable. Seeing that I was far from home and in a panic he adjusted & lubed the chain for free and gave me some additional advice before offering for me to come back a couple days later to check my bike over before a cross country ride. I wish I'd had the time to pop back in before a ride to London but my entire route was flagged with severe weather warnings and there just wasn't enough sunlight in the day.
