I was browsing websites looking for jewellery to put my mums ashes in and found Scattering Ashes, theyre based in Newton Abbot which I took as a sign as its where my Mum was born and grew up. I ordered a pendant and the whole process was pretty simple. From receiving the package to return the ashes in, being notified when they were received and confirmation of my piece being completed and sent out. The communication I had with them was spot on, while I may have been being neurotic and worrisome they understood, were more than patient and understanding during a difficult time.
