Tim has now rescued us twice after we shut the front door with the key still in the lock on the inside. Very prompt rescues both times and we all ended up laughing despite ourselves!

Quote to replace a lock= 120-190. Kieran couldn't fix it and left it inaccessible to my lodger. He told me I wouldn't be charged extra for not being able to do it. However, Tim charged 120 extra to let my lodger in later that afternoon. Bill was 432.49! I was not informed that it was going to be more than double the quote. I was charged for 2 1/2 hrs of carpentry at 30/hr =75. I only booked a lock replacement. I have a handyman that would have done that at half the price! I was initially given 14 days to pay but when I queried the bill he reduced the paying time to 5 days. 2 other quotes for this work were 70-80. Tim offered me 10% discount but still wanted 389.24. He came and removed the door, and held it hostage until I was forced to pay. It was a very unpleasant experience. Do not use this company without a written quote. I have been left very shaken from the experience. He broke trading standards and will be reported.
