        Buying a house is never going to be stress free but this company made it far worse than it needed to be. Impossible to contact on multiple occasions and it never feels good to feel like the companies lowest priority. You know its bad when the sellers estate agents resorts to contacting you to check if you've heard anything from your solicitor as they couldn't make contact for weeks. Legal paperwork had multiple spelling mistakes as well as errors in calculating how much was owed, not suitable for a company that calls itself professional.
