Awful...Would prefer to give zero stars if possible. Rude, haughty and totally insensitive with a response to an enquiry about servicing an inheritance. These solicitors are best avoided for any empathy or for a sensitive response to dealing with the death of loved ones.

Dishonest and unresponsive. Would not recommend at all. So disappointed as I assumed they would be the best in the area. Totally let my friend down who has since had excellent service from a far better solicitors. Avoid.

We recently used Tracey Pearce for a property transaction and she was absolutely brilliant, prompt, professional and dealt with any hiccups efficiently and with a helpful sense of humour. Certainly going to be working with Tracey again.

The position of executor of a Will and estate can be a somewhat daunting experience to the uninitiated. However I found the services of WBW of great help. The Private Client Advisor Emma Oakley and her team took me through the somewhat complex details of the procedure with expertise and care. At all stages information was passed by phone, letter and emails. Although it was a sad time the professionalism of the WBW team was so much appreciated A 5+ Star service
