Skylight Broadband

The service, when it is works, is great but the back up when it goes down is dire. There's no engineer to report a fault to, no one at all to help, all you get is a recorded message telling you there's no one to help you at all. Given that these guys are not cheap for the speed they can give their support is frankly disgraceful.

We have just had a Skylight Broadband wireless connection installed and we are incredibly pleased with the result. Our broadband connection is now considerably faster (both upload and download speeds) and this has significantly increased the quality of video calls. The connection has worked faultlessly and the installation engineers went the extra mile to ensure we received a good quality signal. As another reviewer mentioned, it is good to use a local company and I have no hesitation in recommending the wireless broadband service, the company and all their staff.

I have been really impressed with Skylight Broadband. They offered a very quick turnaround on the install and the engineer worked really hard to find the best location for the radio receiver. It is great to use a local company who really pay attention to detail with quick and efficient customer service. We now have a huge increase in broadband speed - I recommend them completely
