Very disappointed with J & J Crump & Son. After having Cavity Wall Insulation last November I have still, after numerous requests not received the 25 year CIGA guarantee. I have even telephoned the head office in the North teice and been totally ignored.

Wall cavity insulation extraction December 2022 Well all I can say is what amazing work men Jas John and Liam are, and what a real credit these men are to JJ Crump & Son, they were polite well mannered , arrived when they said they would, cleaned up after them selves and did a good Job. I was so happy with these guys that I made a point of telling J J Crump & Son how happy I was and also Live West March 28th 2023 08:40am wall cavity insulation refill Ivan arrives and has a bad attitude, is bad mannered and very grumpy and drives away which I didnt know he had done and then I get a call saying I had moaned about him doing the work and had refused to move my car, which is absolute rubbish I had moved my car off my drive and put it outside of a neighbours so that they had plenty of room and all I had said was you have to work in all this wind and rain on a ladder What an absolute shame after having such nice work men in December 2022 J J Crump & Son you need to sort Ivans attitude. Update March 28th 11:10am Ivan has arrived back at my house and is still being extremely bad mannered and grumpy but on the up side his work mate Richard is being very polite J J Crump & Son please have a word with Ivan and please use work Men from Cornwall or Devon Service: Drywall installation

JJ Crump did my cavity wall insulation Murat turned up exactly when he was due and worked hard all day to complete the job,as my house was not easy for him. Everyone I have dealt with in the company from the surveyor Chris to the office staff were very helpful and informative. I thoroughly recommend JJ crump Duncan Howard
