After calling for support from Cavanna Home regarding the poor work on our home I was signed posted to NHBC (see attached pictures 96% 1 star reviews) who are actually owned by Cavanna Homes and actually wouldn't be able to support - wild to think they can behave in the manner.
The American or Canadian lady on the end of the phone wasn't very helpful and ended up putting the phone down on me - all I wanted was her name (first would have been enough) for a paper trail - wasn't able to offer me any support and said "I'm ending the conversation" and when suggested I would leave a review to reflect our experience she said "it was 10 years ago that's not fair"....
Think before you buy people....lots of negative reviews here too, all they want is money, money and more money
