        Highly recommended for many reasons. Much more than a boxing gym. Great for fitness, discipline, confidence and huge amounts of support. Give it a go, they need as much support as possible to keep their doors open, especially for those that really need it.

        A Brilliant Boxing Club Run by Chris . I started boxing around 20 years ago with Chris , he taught me so much inside and outside of the ring that has helped me throughout my life and prepared me with the tools to tackle any problem thrown my way with confidence and self-belief. When starting at the club I was an extremely shy teenager that lacked confidence, but Chris builds up your confidence and instills a mentality of youve Got to be in it to Win it and showed that hard work and dedication truly pays off. The boxing skills that I learnt from Chris have been top class and helped me throughout many more years of kick boxing , Thai Boxing and MMA.
