        Equipment is warn and a couple of the equipment wasn't working. But the staff are friendly and there is room to do your own thing.

        very well equipped, lots of space, a good mix of age groups/abilities using the gym, excellent changing/shower/ sauna facilities, plenty of parking . Having been a member of a couple of other local gyms, I can honestly say my whole gym experience/enjoyment has been enhanced by joining winners. It is a shame that some of the exercise bikes, and treadmills are visabley well past their commercial life span with pedals slipping and some treadmill belts slipping, one treadmill (far left) just randomly pauses.only the manager and maybe 2 other staff have the manners and courtesy to say hello or good morning if you not paying for personal training sessions.
