Duncan has been teaching me for a couple of years to play the Guitar. Very reasonable and reliable and has made learning so much fun. I had a different teacher to start with and almost lost my passion. But With Duncan I love learning new material and techniques and now would not want anyone else to teach me! Im fortunate to have a couple of different guitars to learn with and like to change between them. Whether Im doing exam pieces or I have chosen one of my favourite songs in the charts Duncan is always able to show me how. Ive attempted pieces from Japan, Spanish style music too. If Duncan has never heard the song before he is happy to learn it to teach me. Duncan is very knowledgeable and has helped me complete each song successfully. Thanks Duncan for everything!

Duncan is a very professional and knowledgeable teacher he is always fully prepared for the lesson with any teaching materials being to hand. He supplies music, tablature and CD material to reinforce the learning as well as being a patient and encouraging teacher. It is good to have a teacher that is also gigging professionally.

Duncan has been teaching me acoustic guitar for 8 months or so and is fantastic. I wanted to learn a particular song to play at my wedding - which I did! After that, Duncan has been helping me improve my technique, and suggesting songs with riffs and tunes that'll improve my playing. I feel really encouraged to play, and Duncan is really relaxed but keeps you on track through the lesson - he doesn't push you or get impatient if you make mistakes, in fact he has to be very patient with me! Five stars isn't enough! Highly recommended guitar teacher.
