horrible place. horrible staff. genuinely the worst experience. reception and the staff surrounding are toxic. Radically gone down hill since I last brought my family members here. I recall before it was a lovely young girl on front desk, a blonde womanl in prescriptions who would help with my quires. nans doctors left too who has been her dr forever. Seems everyone who was pleasant at the surgery up and left!!!!

Ridiculous wait times, so far poor medical advice and a total lack of respect for patients. Its a shame that the systems in place allow for no accountability when this is a publicly funded program. More time spent chatting and walking to the tea room than spent on patients.

I have been consistently impressed with Cricketfield Surgery. They are always incredibly busy, and yet I've never found the team there to be anything but polite, helpful and efficient. Their doctors are endlessly patient, and I have always been seen and contacted quickly. This week, due to a particularly nasty illness for myself and my children, we've unfortunately needed to be in touch several times and every time they have been amazing. Thank you!

I have just had to get in touch with the surgery with a couple of questions, I got through to speak to someone within a few minutes as i was first in queue, I can't thank the lady that I spoke to enough, I really wish I'd taken her name in better, she helped me with both of my queries and is a credit to the surgery, her manner was lovely thankyou
