        I paid 12 to have a short cream jacket clean, after taking it home I discovered it still had a stain on the collar, I rang up and was told that if I brought it back it would be cleaned again. I did this and was told the stain had been missed the first time around. When I picked it up again, the stain had been removed but there was now a larger water mark stain around where the original stain had been, clearly they had removed the stain but not cleaned the jacket after this. When I pointed it out I was told they can't promise to remove all stains. Which I do understand, however on returning home I carefully washed the water mark away. I feel I should have just saved myself the the 12 and 2 trips from Dawlish to Newton Abbot. Not a very impressive service. Service: Organic dry cleaning
