Recently moved to practice, been somewhere else before,breathe of a fresh air,not been able to get diagnosis for my infant daughter, who's struggling to put weight on, so I called for an appointment for my infant daughter in the morning, got seen in few hours later by Dr. Dan, who was so polite, special thank you !!! He told me that she has reflux issues, we had prescription but was hard to give her, ater we had to come back to surgery as my daughter was not latching, called receptionist who was saying there's nothing, was trying to get rid of me, when I explained she then spoke to a doctor, we had an appointment next day with Dr. Kirsty McLean,first impressions, she looked angry, not polite at all, but I'm grateful that she saw us,and prescribed her with another medication, fingers crossed my little one will get better soon. My only issue so far is that there's a long long wait to get through receptionist over the phone.

What I experienced today, was a complete lack of empathy, a loss humanity and a real embarrassment for the NHS. This surgery is process driven and clearly does not have patient care in its priorities. It is a real shame as the small hours of this morning I saw the reality of overstretched In Torbay A&E and para medics on the ambulance. I saw hardwork and real emotion. Kingsteignton surgery you let yourself and your patient down.

ABSOLUTELY FAB !!! Best doctors surgery I've ever had. Been with them five years. 10 out of 10.

My learning disabled son had his yearly MOT yesterday and ' what a difference this time ' !! Nurse Louise was lovely and put him at ease followed by Dr McClean who was delightful. Congratulations to the surgery in such difficult times.
