    The thing I find most irritating at the moment is that Covid is used as an excuse for poor working practices. Today I attended an appointment, on time , with my son who has autism spectrum, to be told that the appointment was changed to twenty minutes earlier. ...If only the person who phoned to confirm and check for symptoms had mentioned that fact , we would not have wasted our time! Then to be told I couldn't make another appointment there and then, I had to phone, which I did , there and then, watching the reception desk leave me on hold and then hang up twice before taking my call. Very poor service . Not worth the one star.
