Kids had a great time, you can get a quality coffee & cake in a room where you can see them play. Staff friendly & helpful. Parking a bit problematic.

Not great. I paid nearly 14 for under an hour with my toddler. Disorganised especially the cafe area.

Well... we arrived at 5pm after booking online, signing the waiver and pretending to watch the safety video. Parking is a bit hit and miss, inside is friendly but does look a bit run down. Staff appear quite young but for the most part they seemed to just get on with the job (young staff tend to get distracted). To reiterate the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. They weren't shy about telling you to stop if its against the rules either. Respect is due. The lockers were free but they were a bit bashed up. Toilets clean but very very basic. Trampolines were standard (good). The interactive games were functioning. Basket ball hoop, ball at target on timer, push button timer. Soft play course is a reasonable size and felt in good condition. They have a big slide which has a lip on one of the joints that caused my son to get hurt (very mildly). THAT definitely needs sorting out! If you keep your arms tucked in on it you can only feel it a bit and it doesn't hurt. The slide is very fast and cool. There is a jump section where you jump onto a mat next to the death slide. Music is good. We didn't eat food so we can't assess that. All in all its a good little place. I really liked it and if I was here I'd go again. Its let down ever so slightly by the tables not being cleaned, the lockers looking bashed up and the death slide having that lip. Staff were friendly, interactive, professional and kind. Oh, one staff member showed my son some really cool jumps that totally inspired him to try some new things. Thank you.
