        We booked a table for mid day for a carvery , we arrived early, were seated, waitress came over to take our drinks and food order, i ordered a refillable soft drink ,she arrived with my husbands drink and an empty glasse, then left saying she would let us know when we could go up and get our carvery. As this was our first time there we were not sure how things were done. I had to go looking for the soft drinks station as I was not shown where it was. We were still waiting to be told we could go up to get our carvery approx 40 minutes later, when another member of staff asked if we were ok, he then told us we could have gone up straight away, by this time there was quite a long que. The food was nice but VERY disappointed in the lack of communication and service. REVISED on Sunday a Completey different experience, very helpful and attentive, thank you very gavin .
