Serenity

Super impressed by my recent experience of Serenity. I haven't lived in Devon long so wasn't sure where to hire a suit for a recent Wedding that I attended, so did a Google search and to my surprise I found Serenity was in my local town. My experience has been superb from that day on, I rang and spoke to Jennie who was lovely and offered me a selection of times to come in and be measured. The following weekend I went to the shop and met Jennie and found her to be not only professional but also lovely to speak to and very helpful. Being of a larger size and having left it quite late in the day, I was a little worried that they may not have anything to fit, but Jennie quickly suggested otherwise and came downstairs with a suit which after a few tweaks fit perfectly. I would recommend Serenity wholeheartedly to future customers and thank them and particularly Jennie for all of the help given. I will be back! using the famous quote from the movie, Terminator.

1st class service!! Absolutely can not recommend serenity enough. Made me feel like a family friend while I tried on a few options and then when my wedding was postponed due to covid they honoured my original price. Seriously amazing!!

Serenity provided 5 suits for my wedding. All suits were perfectly fitted and extremely comfortable on the day. Service was amazing, could not fault it at all! Jennie is also one of the nicest ladies (both me and my wife agreed!) A* service couldn't recommend enough.

Jenny has been fabulous, our wedding date was postponed 3 times due to covid. She just moved the booking each time without a problem. She has always been so friendly, flexible and we felt that nothing was ever too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Serenity and Jenny. Thanks so much x
