Abbot Blinds

in full agreement with the review of Stephen Wilson. I rang the shop several times over a few weeks - after unessential shops had long been open (also open on their website !!) - left messages as requested but never a call back even to explain why the shop was closed so eventually went to the shop and knocked to be told "we're closed" before I had chance to even say what I wanted. spent 700 with them to fit some blinds but we needed some shortening but I got a brusque we don't do that - only fit new - you'll have to look elsewhere. No help with whoever might alter them or any suggested firms just didn't want to know - If we end up having to fit new blinds I will not use Abbot Blinds, customer service nil if it was possible.

Wife called at shop today and went in with mask on. Nobody in attendance. Bloke turned up through the front door with no mask on and said we are closed due to social distancing. He then asked what she wanted, After she said she wants new vertical slats he said weve got a 2 week backlog. Blinds were originally bought from this company.The after service speaks for its self BE WARNED

Used Abbot Blinds several times for vertical blinds and Roman blinds. Always had an excellent professional service. Excellent time keeping and helpful support. Would recommend to anybody

Extremely impressed by this company. Excellent service from the moment we walked in the shop. So pleased with our new kitchen blind, wish we'd used these guys ages ago!
