We had a mechanical failure on the way to Paddington Station and weren't getting in to Newton Abbot until closing time. We phoned from the train and they stayed open for us, took in the bike. We got the bike back on the next working day with a replaced rear wheel for a *very* reasonable price.
Honestly I wish I'd asked them to do more work because I don't feel we paid enough for all the work they did.
If I could give them six stars I would, really helped us out.
