Whilst full of cold and just needing over the counter medicine I was told to stand at the end of the prescriptions queue 30+ deep in my precious lunch hour when all I wanted was to check if they had day nurse in stock over the counter.
Left the store empty handed feeling disgruntled and then just got what I needed easily from a helpful Sainsburys pharmacy without any hassle. I probably won't use this store again unless there is no other choice.
