Unreliable I booked my appointment by phone and confirmed the date and time verbally, only to arrive today and find the salon doors locked and no one inside. I called the number twice and left a message but no one has come back to me which is really unprofessional. I booked this appointment to have my nails done before my wedding (I fly out tomorrow). Luckily, I have managed to secure an appointment elsewhere this evening but could have done without all the hassle! Won't use again in the future.

Avoid using!!! Unreliable Ignores messages, emails & calls Cancelled bridal make up 4 days before wedding Booked for bridal make up and didnt respond to any messages or emails in weeks leading up. Despite multiple phone calls - answered once a week before wedding and was promised she would call me back and never did. 4 days before she messaged to say due to covid she couldnt do my make up for my wedding and said she would find someone else for me but I heard nothing back from her at all. No apology. This is at a point in time where covid testing is not necessary unless working in healthcare so she is clearly just using covid as a bs excuse. Luckily found an amazing replacement who was doing an early morning wedding and so could come to my afternoon wedding! I was soooo lucky to find her and for her to agree to come to my aid after I was abandoned by kelly glover.
