Angel Face

We had diabolical service from Angel Face for my wedding suits (though they were nice suits). There was extremely poor communication from them and the suit order was incorrect and hadn't been checked (2 days before the wedding), meaning one needed replacing the day before the wedding. The suit that was replaced ended up being the wrong size, and we never received even an apology. Instead they placed the blame on us claiming it was exactly the same size and that one of us must increased in size since the suit fitting 2 days earlier. My mother-in-law ended up having to make last minute adjustments to my father in-law's suit because of Angel Face's mistakes. We were also instructed to return the suits by 10:30 am Tuesday. Our wedding was on the Saturday, and Angel Face is closed Sundays and Mondays, leaving a half hour drop off period which is absurd. They didn't bother telling us they were shut on Mondays, so we made a trip to drop them off to find they were closed. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Really disappointed in the alterations made to my wedding dress here. It was a real shame as the woman was very friendly but seemed rushed and the dress was very poorly altered, it was unwearable and I had to pay somewhere else to fix it.
