Kismet Cakes is my absolute go-to whenever I want some kind of sweet treat! A different menu goes up on her website each Monday with both delivery and postal options available. The online ordering system is super easy, the portion sizes are really generous and the flavours are incredible - the Kinder millionnaires slices are my personal favourite. I have also placed a couple of custom orders with Ellie and she has always managed to capture exactly what Im after, both aesthetically and the taste. There are lots of photos on her Instagram page which show some of the treats she makes. I would 100% recommend Kismet Cakes, and if you havent already signed up to the weekly menu text alerts then do!

The BEST cakes and brownies Ive ever had! Ive had the pleasure of discovering Kismet cakes through my sisters recommendation at the beginning of the first national lockdown in 2020 and Ive been ordering from here regularly ever since. Nothing is too much trouble, and Ellie is always happy to answer any questions regarding her weekly menu and custom orders. From thicc fudgey brownies through to light and airy sponges finished with the best icing known to man (tried a variety box of cupcakes for the first time about 4 months ago and I still drool at the memory of how they tasted). Delicious sweet treats at a very fair price, and knowing Im supporting a local businesswoman really is the icing on the cake. My only complaint is the weight Ive gained as a result of discovering this business!
