        Russell was very polite and helpful, although my machine turned out to be unrepairable I was pleased with his manner and will definitely use his services again, I felt very comfortable with him in my house thank you for being so easy to get along with.

        Russell was responsive to the emails even replying on an evening which I didnt expect at all. He gave me a time frame and date and rough price which was reasonable and even called when he was on his way. He was friendly and professional, quickly fixing the dryer ahead of the winter months, which was a huge relief and even took the time to explain the issues behind what had gone wrong. I cant recommend him enough, if I ever have issues with another appliance I will use him without a doubt. Services: Dryer repair, Washer/dryer repair
