These are a contract company used by NAC. I called for a local company in Torquay with a local number to come and fix my cooker. I then had moor to sea services call me, NAC call me. Not realising that they work together. As they don't tell you they work together, getting very confusing. I did explain that I could only do a certain day of the week. Yet moor to sea services kept booking in a day I couldn't do?? Never asked what day , just booked Radom days. Surely as a customer you tell the company what day you can do. The lady I spoke to at moor to sea services was very rude and abrupt on the phone saying basically it was my fault. How hard can it be just to get communication and customer service right. You definitely don't argue with the customer you try and put it right. Fumming isn't the word , when I have waited weeks without a cooker and it's coming up to Xmas and it's freezing weather. Thank you I hope you are happy.
