        We used grafton travel few times for transport from LHR to Newton abbot. Very good service, driver Derek is very polite and punctual. Clean and comfortable car. We will be using their services again in future.

        We recently used Grafton Travel for transport from Torquay to Gatwick airport.Our driver was Derek. Service was prompt and professional.The car was spotlessly clean and the banter was brilliant.What a way to start our holiday. On our return Derek was waiting and assisted us in carrying our luggage. We would highly recommend Grafton Travel to anyone who wants a trouble free,professional and reliable service at a reasonable cost.

        Booked for concert at powderham castle. Very impressed, good communication and taxi both ways on time. We had a text with the taxi number plate on pick up so we knew who to look out for and very friendly driver, Derek.

        Disgraceful service from this company, who cancelled a longstanding booking for 12 people with just 24 hours notice. The excuse given was 'two drivers had unexpectedly phoned in sick.' If 24 hours is enough time for me to be expected to make other plans, the same can be said of you. The real story is you greedily accepted a large booking and then realised you couldn't service it, leaving me in the lurch. Shameful.
