        It's been some years since my last visit, still such a beautiful place to re- discover hidden beauty within the grounds. I could spend hours , just wondering round . It's a pity that the once prestine Gardens are not up to their former glory. Cut backs from the City Council really affects the beauty the is Newstead Abbey. Still worth a visit for a the family enough to occupy the whole day ....
