Would give zero if I could. WORST TAXI COMPANY IN NEWQUAY - complete scammers. I specifically checked the price and that I could pay by card as I was travelling to the airport early in the morning. They quoted me 19 on the phone (travelling central newquay to the airport) and then charged me 30 when we arrived at the airport. Also told me I could pay by card when I called, then made me take out cash at 6am in the morning, making me feel very uncomfortable and nearly making me late for my flight. Have tried to contact 3 times to get explanation or apology with no reply. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! This was on the 13th April

Kelly from Go2Cabs arrived on the scene of an accident today when a person had been hit by a car. Kelly was kind and patient and helped the injured woman with complete focus and compassion. She is a credit to the company

Booked a taxi in the office two we sat before the flight. Stood waiting arat 7am for 30 minutes for transfer to the airport. Phone just rang. Didnt turn up. Another firm stepped on. We drove past the office it was all closed up and the taxis lined up outside. Not open 24hrs as advertised. The price they quoted was a lot more than I paid the other firm too. We just made check in in time. No one has contacted me to explain or apologise. Appalling service from a local company for a local person. Wont use or recommend again. The date was Tuesday 18th April.

After waiting for 15 minutes (with no call or message to say they were going to be late) in the pouring rain and wind the taxi eventually turned up and was driven by someone who was incredibly rude and drove off leaving me standing there. As it was 11:30 at night by that point I was fortunate to be able to get another one who was not only cheaper but had much better customer service. Do not book with these, Ive tried them twice and both times they were awful, both times late and rude.
