        Had a lovely experience shopping there this weekend. All the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I didn't catch the young man's name who served us, but it's his 18th birthday next week. So, thank you and happy birthday

        Bought some wetsuits, flip flops, sunglasses, backpacks etc for the kids. Went in on 2 occasions, one just before closing and advisor very patient and helpful. Second time, friendly and decent advice on sizes and specs. Trying to meet our needs rather than upsell which means I will go there again. This shopping experience can not be matched online and staff knowledge and attention to customers requirements are their point of difference in addition to the quality products.
