        Had a coasteering session last Saturday with Adam, we were a mixed group of ability and ages and all were catered for. slightly nervous at first but Adam soon reassured us and put us at ease and helped us along every step of the way. A great experience which we all thoroughly enjoyed and will remember forever. Thank you very much.

        We have been using Cornish Wave for our Coastal Fitness Retreats for the past 3 years and we couldn't be happier! Our guests always leave smiling and full of adrenaline with a new found hobby in their lives. Would recommend to anyone!
