All absolutely great, cheap and cheerful wet suit and body boarding hire . The lady in glasses (sadly I didn't catch her name) was super helpful with sizings and sorting things out for us, nothing was too much trouble . But for a constructive criticism here I think that taking customers bank details and a security number from the back of the card and writing in on a paper as a security deposit is a bit strange .maybe other more secure ways available ? Otherwise I would give 5 * Thanks Joanna

Hired a paddle board for a couple of days earlier this week. The owner was such a nice guy and really really helpful. He even helped us to get it securely attached to the top of the car and suggested an amazing beach (Polly Joke Beach) to go to.

My wife and i were looking to do some kayaking, we found this place on google. We hired a kayak for 30 for 2 hours which is 10 more than down on the beach (which the beach place also throws in 2 wetsuits). I asked him about the conditions of the sea on that day, you know, for safety. The reply was "you'll have to see when you get down there". We got on to the beach after lugging the kayak down the hill about 300metres. We got in and began to paddle, i think my bum was in the kayak for about 10 seconds and a lifeguard came rushing over and told us not to kayak as it was not suitable due to the conditions of the sea and that we would be getting pushed against the rocks. We then had to wheel the kayak back up to the shop. Fair play, we got our money back. However, i do not understand why we had to fill out paperwork which the guy wrote down every single detail of our bank card including security numbers and then our address and personal details. For this i am giving a onestar and will be closely monitoring our account as that has fraud written all over it. A simple drivers license would do. Customer service not great. I dont feel very happy that my wifes card details were taken.
