        I will not lie! this is some of the best customer service I have ever received, to be treated as a friend instantly, discussed my best options about boards surfing style and what I want... put up with my indecisiveness and constant drop ins not to check up, but to change ideas all wete welcomed no trouble, and before I ordered my board or even paid any money I was lent a board from Luke to try out, customer service like this should not go a miss, if your thinking about getting a board done give Luke at the Toy Factory a shout for sure... Yeeeeeww

        Not only is the board I got absolutely amazing the service was first class too. Luke helped me choose the right board and he was 100% correct. My 7'2 mid length is perfect! But the speed at which it was packed and posted was amazing! It came safely packaged and ready to rock! Can't say enough good things about this place. Just saving up for another one now!
